After many successful years in corporate sales, I became a CT Real Estate Salesperson in 2007, followed by licensing as a CT Real Estate Broker in 2012. As a CT REALTOR®, my area of expertise is in helping Connecticut sellers get their homes sold quickly and easily for top dollar, and I specialize in short sales. I provide a full range of real estate services and am able to use my experience and knowledge to help my clients buy, sell and invest in real estate in Connecticut.

I am proud to hold the position of Connecticut's highest producing short sale REALTOR® (based on closed short sales in 2010 and 2011 per CTMLS). My short sale approval rate is well over 90%. A hands on approach to short sales has helped me achieve a very high level of success in this area. All my clients’ short sale negotiations are handled in house. A top notch real estate attorney is on board to provide legal support, and my assistant Lynn Olson helps me stay on top of the lenders and is an all around invaluable resource to myself and my clients.
