A homeowner somewhere in America is in the middle of a short sale transaction...is having a big problem...and their real estate agent doesn't have any answers for them. The homeowner is scared, frustrated and has no-one to turn to...so what do they do? Turn to the internet, find me and call and ask for my advice/help.
Now, as I generally like to help people, I do my best to steer folks in the right direction.
But the truth is - while a phone conversation with a short sale agent like myself may be helpful, it is not even close to having a true short sale professional handle your short sale from beginning to end. I never do get any updates from these callers, but I do wonder how their short sales turn out. I have to say I am always truly amazed at how little research these sellers did when they chose a real estate agent to handle their short sale and it makes me wonder....
For what is likely to be the single most important real estate transaction of your entire life that may carry the heaviest consequences ... is any old realtor really a good choice?
Are you prepared to pay what may be a huge $$$$ deficiency judgement when things go wrong?
