Why Would You Want to Live in Ashford, Connecticut?
Ashford, CT 06278 is a rural suburban community in northern Windham County, Connecticut.
I recently asked someone why they chose Ashford, CT to build their home and raise a family here. They told me "it's a great place to get away from everything and no more than 20 minutes from anything you can possibly need."
I find this to be true. Sometimes you may feel as though you are on vacation in this quaint little town of approximately 4600 residents. Ashford has beautiful hiking trails and outdoor recreation areas everywhere. I have actually hiked many of the trails myself with friends and family in Yale State Forest and Natchaug State Forest, which occupy a huge portion of the land in…
