I am truly dedicated to finding the right property for my buyer clients. I employ great amounts of time and resources to look far and wide ( even outside mls listed homes ) for the right home or investment property for my clients. I am well versed in creative financing ( seller financing, lease options, subject to's, hard money, rehab funding ) and am prepared to negotiate these terms on your behalf with sellers and their agents.

My availability: I am highly responsive, even at odd times. I answer my phone calls and emails and if for some reason I am not immediately attainable, I will respond in a very timely fashion. Although I appreciate some notice, I will act quickly in a time sensitive situation. You will never be ignored.
